SPECIAL NOTICE: Before using the products/services of iFlyPlus Private Jet, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement, and start using it after confirming your full understanding and acceptance.

If you do not agree to any content of this Agreement, you may use the browsing function of iFlyPlus Private Jet, but you will not be able to use the products/services of iFlyPlus Private Jet.

If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding the content of this Agreement, you may contact us through the contact information provided in Article 10 of this Agreement.


iFlyPlus Private Jet (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "iFlyPlus") has formulated this Agreement in accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China", "Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China", "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests", "Measures for the Identification of Illegal and Irregular Collection and Use of Personal Information by Apps", and "Measures for the Standard Contract for the Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information". When this Agreement involves sharing your personal information with "other companies, organizations, or individuals", it only refers to the independent third parties we cooperate with to complete your booking/service.


I. Definitions

  1. User/You: Refers to natural persons who access or use the products and services of iFlyPlus Private Jet, including invited ultra-high-net-worth users.

  2. iFlyPlus Private Jet: Refers to the collective term for the www.iflyplus.com website, iFlyPlus App, WeChat Mini Program, and affiliated products operated by iFlyPlus Private Jet.

  3. Personal Information: Refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding information after anonymization.

  4. Natural Person's Privacy Information: Includes identity information and location information.

  5. Minors: Natural persons under the age of eighteen; those aged sixteen or above whose main source of income is their own labor income are deemed to have full civil capacity.

  6. De-identification: Technical processing of personal information so that it cannot identify a specific natural person without the help of additional information.

  7. Anonymization: The process of technical processing of personal information so that the personal information cannot be identified.

  8. Intelligence: A system that uses large models to intelligently analyze travel habit preferences and more efficiently recommend and match top luxury resources.


II. Collection and Use

When you use our products/services, the circumstances in which you need to or may choose to authorize us to collect and use personal information include:

  1. Basic Functions: Authorization is required to use, and refusal will prevent the use of core services;

  2. Additional Functions: Optional authorization, refusal will prevent the use of additional functions but will not affect basic functions.

iFlyPlus Private Jet follows the principles of "lawfulness, fairness, necessity, and good faith" to collect and use personal information. Based on the following business scenarios:

(I) Account Registration and Login

To complete membership registration, you need to provide your mobile phone number for user verification and membership qualification review. If you refuse to provide the above necessary information, you will not be able to complete registration as a member, but you can still browse public information. After successful registration, you can complete your avatar, email, emergency contact, and other information.

(II) Charter Booking

To complete your charter booking, we will record the traveler's name, ID document and validity period, and contact information, and provide it to the corresponding airline, ground service provider, and airport FBO service provider.

(III) Luxury Hotel and Resort Booking

To complete hotel booking, we will record the guest's name, ID document and validity period, check-in and check-out dates, room type preferences, and special needs, and provide them to the luxury hotel and resort for booking.

(IV) Personalized Display and Recommendations

Based on your preferences, booking history, and device location information, we will show you more suitable charter aircraft models, empty leg charters, luxury hotel suites, and travel inspiration.

(V) Membership Information Push

With your consent, we may send you membership benefits and selected information via SMS, App push notifications, or dedicated customer service.

(VI) Transaction Security

To protect the security of your account and funds, we may record device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, login IP, and operation logs for identity verification and risk identification.

(VII) Information You Provide Voluntarily

If the personal information you provide contains others (such as booking a charter or hotel for others), please confirm that you have obtained the legal authorization of such others. Please do not provide others' personal information to us without authorization.

(VIII) Information from Partner Third Parties

We may receive necessary information related to your booking/service from partner airlines, hotels and resorts, airport FBOs, and ground service providers to complete the 7-sense service delivery.

(IX) Function Change Notice

Based on product optimization and the launch of new functions, we may add or change the purpose, scope, and method of collection. At that time, we will inform you by updating this Agreement, App pop-up windows, or in-site messages.


III. Cookies and SDK

To ensure the normal operation of the website and App and improve your user experience, we will store Cookies, Local Storage, Session Storage, SDK, and other small data files on your device. The Cookies we use mainly include:

  • Necessary Cookies: Used for session persistence, login status, security protection, and other basic functions. Disabling them may affect the use of core services;

  • Preference Cookies: Used to remember your language, currency, and airport preferences;

  • Statistical Cookies: Used to understand visits and usage to help us improve the product.

You can refuse or manage such data through your browser or system settings, but some functions may not work properly as a result.

For details of the Cookies we use and similar third-party technologies, see Appendix A "Third-Party SDK and Service List".


IV. Minimum Necessity Principle

(I) Minimum Necessity Principle

iFlyPlus Private Jet commits to collecting and processing your personal information in accordance with the minimum necessity principle.

(III) Information Disclosure

Only conducted with your "separate consent" or as required by law. Any public disclosure shall be limited to the minimum necessary.

(VIII) Stricter Privacy Protection

Except as otherwise provided above or by laws and regulations, if we share your personal information with any other companies, organizations, or individuals, we will seek your authorization and consent "each time separately" in accordance with the law.


V. Security Protection

  1. Data Processing Principles: Lawful, fair, necessary, good faith, minimized collection, openness and transparency, quality assurance, clear responsibility.

  2. Dedicated Team: iFlyPlus Private Jet has established a dedicated data security and personal information security team responsible for supervising personal information processing activities and the protection measures taken.

  3. Full-Cycle Protection: We have established security protection measures at all stages of data collection, storage, display, processing, use, and destruction.

  4. Personnel Management: Strict management of employees who may have access to your information, with approval and audit for data access and transmission.

  5. Security Measures Explanation: Despite the aforementioned security measures, please understand that there are no "perfect security measures" on the Internet. We will provide corresponding safer measures to protect your personal information based on existing technology.

  6. Data Backup and Disaster Recovery: Establish disaster recovery backup.

  7. Emergency Response: In the event of personal information leakage, damage, or loss, we will activate emergency plans within 24 hours.

  8. User Assistance: Please properly protect your personal account password and do not keep login status on public devices.


VI. Minor Protection

  1. Special Attention: iFlyPlus Private Jet protects the personal information of minors with the same strict standards as high-end membership services. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the consent of your guardian in advance before using our services.

  2. No Active Collection: iFlyPlus Private Jet will not actively and directly collect personal information from minors.

  3. Guardian Rights: As a guardian, you can delete the relevant information of minors through "My" - "Common Information" after logging in to the App.

  4. Minimum Scope: For the collection of personal information of minors with the consent of the guardian, we will only process it within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of this Agreement.

  5. Feedback: If you have any opinions, suggestions, or complaints regarding the personal information of minors, please contact us. For specific contact information, see Article 10 of this Agreement.


VII. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  1. Right to Correct and Supplement: When your information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can correct or supplement it yourself.

  2. Right to Delete: You can request the deletion of your personal information.

  3. Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw the authorization consent previously given, and the withdrawal does not affect the authorization based on consent before.

  4. Account Cancellation: You can apply to cancel your account. After cancellation, we will stop providing services to you and process your information as required by law.

Response Commitment

To protect your account security, we may conduct "identity verification" regarding your request. We will respond within 15 working days; if the situation is complex, it may be extended beyond 15 working days.


VIII. Agreement Revision

We may revise the terms of this Agreement from time to time. Major changes include but are not limited to:

  • Major changes in our service model;

  • Major changes in the purpose, scope, or method of personal information processing;

  • Changes in the main objects of personal information processing or information disclosure;

  • Major changes in your rights regarding personal information processing and how to exercise them;

  • Changes in the responsible department, contact information, and communication channels for personal information security;

  • When the personal information security impact assessment report indicates high risk.

When the above major changes occur, we will inform you in a timely manner. If you do not agree to the changed content, you can choose to stop using our services or cancel your account; continued use will be deemed as acceptance of the changes. For non-major changes, we will explain them after updating this Agreement.


IX. Scope of Application

  1. This Agreement applies to all products and services provided by iFlyPlus, including exclusive services for invited ultra-high-net-worth users;

  2. This Agreement does not apply to information/services provided by third parties contained in or linked to the products/services of iFlyPlus Private Jet (including any third-party applications, websites, airport FBOs, luxury hotel resorts, etc.). Such information/services are operated by third parties and must follow the third party's personal information protection policy or similar regulations;

  3. If third-party SDKs or services are accessed in our products/services, the relevant third party's information processing is subject to its own policy. Please read it carefully before use.

XI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from booking any products or using any services through iFlyPlus Private Jet shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the Shanghai People's Court.


Appendix: "Third-Party SDK and Service List"

We embed the following third-party SDKs or services in the App and website to implement specific functions, and the relevant third parties may collect your necessary information. You can access the "Third-Party Sharing List" in the App to view the complete and dynamically updated list; if you refuse to allow the relevant SDK to collect information, you may not be able to use the corresponding functions.

Appendix: "Privacy Information Processing"

The privacy information that may be involved in this Agreement includes:

  • ID Document Information: Used for charter booking and hotel booking;

  • Location Information: Used for charter and hotel service delivery;

We only process the above privacy information on the premise that it is necessary to provide you with services and with your consent, and take higher-level protection measures such as "encryption, isolation, minimum authorization, and regular audits".


Appendix: "Account Cancellation Agreement"

  1. You can initiate a cancellation application through the App "My - Settings - Account and Security - Cancel Account" or by contacting como@iflyplus.com;

  2. We will complete your cancellation application within 15 working days;

  3. Before cancellation, we will verify your identity and membership status. Your application for cancellation means that you have confirmed that there are no in-transit orders, unsettled payments, or unresolved disputes;

  4. After cancellation, your membership benefits will be terminated immediately;

  5. We will delete your personal information as required by laws and regulations, except where otherwise provided by laws and regulations or where retention is necessary to address potential disputes.


Appendix: "Privacy Enhancement Technologies"

We use privacy enhancement technologies such as homomorphic encryption, differential privacy, and federated learning in some scenarios to ensure data availability without visibility:

  • Homomorphic Encryption: Supports direct computation on ciphertext to avoid leakage of raw data;

  • Differential Privacy: Adds controlled noise to statistical results to prevent individuals from being reverse-identified;

  • Federated Learning: Multiple parties jointly train models without exchanging raw data;

  • Trusted Execution Environment (TEE): Processes highly sensitive data in a hardware-level isolation zone.


Appendix: "Booking Instructions"

  1. Booking Confirmation: Successful booking is subject to the "Confirmation" (including electronic voucher) issued by us or our partners;

  2. Price Fluctuation: Quotes for charter, hotel, and empty leg flights are real-time floating prices, subject to the actual price at the time of payment;

  3. Changes and Cancellations: Changes or cancellations may incur fees, see the specific refund and change rules for each product;

  4. Travel Documents: You should ensure that travelers hold valid ID documents, visas, and health certificates; responsibility for inability to travel due to document issues shall be borne by you;

  5. Minors: Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian when booking charter or hotel;

  6. Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure preventing the fulfillment of booking, we will assist you in processing refunds or rescheduling, but shall not bear additional compensation liability.


Appendix: "Premium Membership Commitment"

Premium Membership Commitment: You entrust your time, itinerary, and trust to iFlyPlus Private Jet, and we guard the security of your personal information with the same strict standards — this is the first uncompromising sense among our "7 Senses of Service": the sense of security.

Your trust is the reason we fly higher.

iFlyPlus Private Jet commits:

  • What others can't book, members get priority: scarce resources for members first;

  • Break even after 3 flights, fly more save more: economical for frequent flyers;

  • Relying on 11,800 business jets, 120,000+ routes, 5,000+ airports in 186 countries;


Appendix: "Luxury Hotel Booking Special Rules"

  1. Relying on 6,600 luxury hotels and resorts;

  2. Special Requests: Please inform 72 hours in advance;

  3. Deposit: Some luxury hotels may require a deposit or pre-authorization at check-in;

  4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary by hotel and will be clearly marked on the booking confirmation page.


Appendix: "Charter Booking Special Rules"

  1. Aircraft Types: Partner aircraft include Gulfstream G700, Gulfstream G650er, Bombardier Global 7500, Bombardier Global 8000, Dassault Falcon 8X, Boeing BBJ, Airbus ACJ, COMAC CBJ;

  2. Coverage: Covering 186 countries worldwide, 5,000+ airports;

  3. Empty Leg Flights: Thousands of empty leg deals updated daily;

  4. Medical Charter;

  5. Charter Flights: Actual flight time is subject to uncontrollable factors such as weather, air traffic control, and airports;

  6. Cancellation Policy: Depends on aircraft type, flight distance, and proximity to departure time, please read carefully before booking.


Appendix: Third-Party Service Disclaimer

The services of airlines, hotels, airport FBOs, ground service providers, payment institutions, etc. displayed herein are provided by their respective entities and bear responsibility. As an information intermediary and membership service, iFlyPlus Private Jet does not bear responsibility beyond legal provisions for the quality, safety, and compliance of third-party services, but will assist you in improving service quality.
