iFlyPlus Private Jet — Terms of Service

[READ CAREFULLY] Before clicking to accept this Agreement during the registration process, you should carefully read this Agreement. Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.
[ACCEPTANCE] When you fill in information as prompted on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement, and complete the entire registration process, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this Agreement, and become a user of iFlyPlus Private Jet. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any of its terms during the reading process, you should immediately stop the registration process.
[CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE] iFlyPlus is operated by iFlyPlus Private Jet. The specific products and/or services involved are provided by qualified service providers. If you visit iFlyPlus Private Jet, book or use its products or services, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the following content, please stop visiting/using immediately.
I. General Provisions
Agreement Composition: This Agreement includes the main text of the Agreement, the "iFlyPlus Private Jet Privacy Policy", the "iFlyPlus Private Jet Membership Charter", and various rules that iFlyPlus Private Jet has published or may publish in the future, including but not limited to disclaimers, booking instructions, membership service terms, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Other Terms"). In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Other Terms, the principle of priority of special agreements shall apply; unless otherwise expressly stated, any products/services provided by iFlyPlus Private Jet shall be bound by this Agreement.
Definition of iFlyPlus Private Jet: In this Agreement, "iFlyPlus Private Jet" or "we" refers to the operator of iFlyPlus Private Jet.
Definition: "iFlyPlus Private Jet" refers to the web pages and clients (including iFlyPlus App, WeChat Mini Program, or H5 pages) primarily at www.iflyplus.com.
User Definition: In this Agreement, "user" or "you" refers to natural persons who access or use the products/services provided by iFlyPlus Private Jet.
II. Service Instructions
iFlyPlus Private Jet provides members with exclusive services such as private jet charter, luxury hotel booking, customized travel design, and membership benefits through the Internet and mobile networks. Before using our services, you should:
Configure the necessary Internet access devices (PC, mobile phone, tablet computer, etc.) at your own expense and bear the corresponding network costs;
Select and install the client version matching your Internet access device (iOS / Android / HarmonyOS / WeChat Mini Program). Please be sure to download from the official iFlyPlus Private Jet website or officially authorized channels to avoid obtaining clients from unauthorized third-party channels;
Considering the importance of the products/services provided by iFlyPlus Private Jet, you agree to: provide true, detailed, and accurate personal information for account registration, and not use others' email addresses, mobile phone numbers, or impersonate others' identities for registration. After submitting registration information, if the information changes, you should update it in a timely manner. If you provide false information, you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences, and iFlyPlus Private Jet reserves the right to terminate your use of various products/services;
If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement under the accompaniment of a legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.
III. Agreement Modification
To improve service quality, adapt to business operation requirements, or comply with changes in laws and regulations, we may modify or update this Agreement and various rules from time to time. Major changes will be announced or notified on the iFlyPlus Private Jet website or App. The updated text will take effect on the date specified in the relevant update instructions.
You should check and understand the relevant updates in a timely manner. If you do not agree, you can contact us to provide feedback before the effective date of the change; if you still do not agree, you can stop using the relevant services or cancel your account, in which case the changes will not take effect on you. If you continue to use the services involved after the implementation of the above modifications/changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to accept the new Agreement.
IV. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
We reserve the right to adjust the content and form of products/services for reasons such as service improvement, intelligent iteration, and compliance.
You fully understand and agree that this service involves the Internet, communications, route approvals, hotel policies, entry and exit regulations, etc., and may be affected by unstable factors at various stages. Therefore, any service interruption, cancellation, or termination caused by force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, GSM network, Internet network, communication lines, routes, capacity, hotel policies, entry and exit, or other reasons that iFlyPlus Private Jet cannot predict or control, and the resulting losses to you, within the scope permitted by law, iFlyPlus Private Jet shall not bear compensation liability.
V. User Code of Conduct
You undertake not to use iFlyPlus Private Jet services for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner, and not to engage in activities that violate Chinese laws or the laws of your country/region. You shall not engage in the following behaviors:
Impersonating others' identities or information to register accounts;
Interfering with normal operations (including attacking systems, injecting malicious code, traffic manipulation, web crawlers, etc.);
Publishing or uploading any illegal, violating, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or infringing content;
Reselling, transferring, or renting iFlyPlus Private Jet membership accounts or membership benefits;
Using this to engage in any behavior that damages the brand, reputation, or legitimate rights and interests of iFlyPlus Private Jet.
Users who violate the above norms will be deemed to have fundamentally breached this Agreement. We have the right to take measures such as restricting functions, suspending services, canceling accounts, and pursuing legal responsibility according to the severity of the circumstances.
VII. Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of all contents (including but not limited to text, images, audio and video, design drafts, logos, fonts, aircraft type databases, airport databases, source code, UI, algorithms, trademarks, trade names, brand assets, customer lists, etc.) contained in iFlyPlus Private Jet are owned by iFlyPlus Private Jet or authorized parties, and are protected by copyright law, trademark law, anti-unfair competition law, and other laws.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you have the right to access and use the content for non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable purposes. Any copying, adaptation, dissemination, publication, mirroring, translation, compilation, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
Content you publish on iFlyPlus Private Jet, such as comments, guides, photos, videos, etc., is not considered trade secrets. You undertake to grant iFlyPlus Private Jet a worldwide, permanent, non-exclusive, transferable license for commercial operation, publicity, and promotion.
VIII. Personal Information and Privacy
iFlyPlus Private Jet highly values protecting your personal information and privacy security. The processing of personal information under this Agreement is subject to the "iFlyPlus Private Jet Privacy Policy", and the two constitute a complete agreement system.
To complete your booking and service delivery, we may need to provide necessary traveler information to independent third parties such as partner airlines, luxury hotels and resorts, airport FBOs, and ground service providers; these independent third parties process your personal information according to their own policies, please read them carefully before booking.
IX. Account Registration and Use
iFlyPlus Private Jet is open to natural persons with full civil capacity. If you do not have civil capacity appropriate to your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom in accordance with the law.
iFlyPlus membership is divided into V0 Black Card Member, V1 Gold Diamond Member, V2 Pink Diamond Member, and V3 Purple Diamond Member. Different memberships correspond to differentiated benefits (see the official website and "Membership Charter" for details). We will regularly review membership.
Your account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or given away;
You should properly keep your account, password, and verification code. Losses caused by your own reasons (such as password leakage, device loss, verification code leakage) shall be borne by you.
XII. Legal Liability
We are not responsible for service interruptions or losses caused by the following circumstances, but will assist you in safeguarding your legitimate rights and interests:
Force majeure;
Your own fault;
Third-party reasons (including but not limited to airlines, airport FBOs, hotels, telecom operators, payment institutions, etc.);
Interruptions caused by laws, regulations, or government actions.
XIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from booking any products or using any services through iFlyPlus Private Jet shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the Shanghai People's Court.

Appendix: "Booking Instructions"
Booking Confirmation: Successful booking is subject to the "Confirmation" (including electronic voucher) issued by us or our partners;
Price Fluctuation: Quotes for charter, hotel, and empty leg flights are real-time floating prices, subject to the actual price at the time of payment;
Changes and Cancellations: Changes or cancellations may incur fees, see the specific refund and change rules for each product;
Travel Documents: You should ensure that travelers hold valid ID documents, visas, and health certificates; responsibility for inability to travel due to document issues shall be borne by you;
Minors: Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian when booking charter or hotel;
Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure preventing the fulfillment of booking, we will assist you in processing refunds or rescheduling, but shall not bear additional compensation liability.
Appendix: "Premium Membership Commitment"
iFlyPlus Private Jet commits:
What others can't book, members get priority: scarce resources for members first;
Break even after 3 flights, fly more save more: economical for frequent flyers;
Relying on 11,800 business jets, 120,000+ routes, 5,000+ airports in 186 countries;
Appendix: "Luxury Hotel Booking Special Rules"
Relying on 6,600 luxury hotels and resorts;
Special Requests: Please inform 72 hours in advance;
Deposit: Some luxury hotels may require a deposit or pre-authorization at check-in;
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary by hotel and will be clearly marked on the booking confirmation page.
Appendix: "Charter Booking Special Rules"
Aircraft Types: Partner aircraft include Gulfstream G700, Gulfstream G650er, Bombardier Global 7500, Bombardier Global 8000, Dassault Falcon 8X, Boeing BBJ, Airbus ACJ, COMAC CBJ;
Coverage: Covering 186 countries worldwide, 5,000+ airports;
Empty Leg Flights: Thousands of empty leg deals updated daily;
Medical Charter;
Charter Flights: Actual flight time is subject to uncontrollable factors such as weather, air traffic control, and airports;
Cancellation Policy: Depends on aircraft type, flight distance, and proximity to departure time, please read carefully before booking.
Appendix: Third-Party Service Disclaimer
The services of airlines, hotels, airport FBOs, ground service providers, payment institutions, etc. displayed herein are provided by their respective entities and bear responsibility. As an information intermediary and membership service, iFlyPlus Private Jet does not bear responsibility beyond legal provisions for the quality, safety, and compliance of third-party services, but will assist you in improving service quality.
